Before you begin, we invite you to carefully review these Terms and Conditions, as they establish the basis of our relationship with you. 1. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing and utilizing Aprender Ingles Americano services, indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We encourage thorough review.
2. Services Offered
Aprender Inglés Americano provides tailored online courses to enhance the fluency of adult English language learners. Our courses include educational videos, audio materials, interactive exercises, assessments, and teaching resources.
Our courses are hosted on Kajabi, an all-in-one platform for creator-led enterprises.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
We acknowledge the significance of intellectual property. All materials and content available in our courses are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is prohibited without our prior written consent.
4. Payments and Billing
Upon enrollment, you agree to fulfill associated charges. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Opting for a recurring payment subscription authorizes automatic charges based on your chosen payment plan.
5. Refund Policy
Customers can request refunds following the policies on our sales and checkout webpages. To initiate a refund, we kindly ask customers to complete a refund request form. Refunds will be processed exclusively to the individual who made the payment, using the same payment or transaction method.
The AIA team is entrusted with evaluating adherence to the criteria stipulated in the applicable policy.

Starter English
If you come to the course, finish all the videos and exercises in less than 7 days and still don't feel it will work for you for some reason, we will refund your money no questions asked.
Mini Fluency
If you come to the course, finish all the videos and exercises in less than 7 days and still don't feel it will work for you for some reason, we will refund your money.
Smart Fluency
If you come to the course, work at least the pronunciation section, 3 songs, and share your practices on the Facebook group in less than 7 days and still don't feel it will work for you for whatever reason, just send us an email and we will refund your money.
English with Music
After completing and implementing the provided guidance within the initial 7 days, if you don't see any progress, we will refund your money!
30 day challenge
If you come all the first 5 days of the challenge and work on all the course materials, but you don't see any progress, we will refund your money!
Fast Fluency
• 30-day money back: Within the initial 30 days, if you come to the course and complete the accent training, the fluency training, and at least 7 lessons of speaking and understanding English following our method and strategy of study (which means you watch or listen to the lessons, do the exercises and practice based on the feedback membership you have chosen), but you don't see any progress, we will refund your money.
• Fluency guarantee: Upon completion of the entire course, including all sections from "Adapt and Train your Ear©" to "Speak and Understand English A1-B2©," and meeting the following criteria:

• Completion of All Lessons and Activities: Finish all lessons, tests, and related activities within the course curriculum.
• Consistent Engagement: Engage with our method and study strategy for a minimum of 180 consecutive days by watching or listening to the lessons, completing all activities, tests, and attending all classes or submitting daily practice according to your chosen feedback membership.
If after meeting these requirements, you find that you haven't developed the essential skills of speaking and understanding spoken English, you can request a full refund plus an additional $1000 dollars in acknowledgment of the time and effort you've dedicated. We define proficiency in these skills as functional ability rather than perfection, understanding that fluency involves effective communication despite occasional grammatical or pronunciation errors, as is common among second language English speakers.
We reserve the right to evaluate and make the final decision of the validity of your refund claim. The AIA team will meticulously review your dedication to the course and determine the validity of your request. If it is found that you haven't consistently adhered to the course methodology or worked hard enough to achieve the results proposed by the course, the Total Fluency guarantee may be denied.

Our support team is available to assist with any technical or methodological issues you may encounter during your learning journey. This guarantee is intended for students genuinely committed to achieving results through disciplined practice as outlined in the course curriculum.
Please be aware that failure to complete the course due to personal circumstances, such as work obligations, illness, or family emergencies, does not warrant a refund request under any of our disclosed refund policies.
